1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use Modded Among Us Queue (MAUQ), including the Discord bot, website, API, and account-verification service. By using a MAUQ service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements in Discord's Terms of Service and the laws that apply to you. If you use MAUQ on behalf of a Discord server, you must have permission to configure the bot for that server.
3. Acceptable use
You may use MAUQ to organize Among Us queues, share lobby codes, manage verification, and use the other features made available through the service. You must not:
- use MAUQ to harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive another person;
- submit false or abusive reports, misuse blacklists, or evade a restriction;
- attempt to obtain another person's verification data, API credentials, or private lobby information;
- interfere with the bot, API, verification server, or their availability;
- use automated requests in a way that exceeds documented limits or disrupts the service; or
- use MAUQ in violation of applicable law, Discord's rules, or the rules of a connected service.
4. Server administrators
Discord server administrators choose server settings, logging channels, verification roles, and who may use server-specific commands. They are responsible for those choices and for telling their members about any server rules or logging practices that go beyond MAUQ's standard operation.
5. Verification
If you start Among Us verification, your game connects to the MAUQ verification service. The service processes the information needed to associate your Among Us account with your Discord account. This may include your friend code, player identifier, IP address, platform information, player name, and platform account identifier. Authentication traffic may be forwarded to the official Among Us service. The Privacy Policy explains this processing in more detail.
You may use /unverify in a direct message with the bot to leave a server's verification list or delete all verification data connected to your Discord user ID.
6. Reports, blacklists, and enforcement
MAUQ may let users and administrators submit reports or apply personal, server, and global restrictions. We may review reports, correct mistakes, reject abusive reports, and suspend or permanently restrict users or servers that misuse MAUQ or put others at risk. A restriction in MAUQ does not represent a decision by Discord or Innersloth.
7. Premium features
Some features may depend on an active Discord subscription or Patreon membership. Premium access may change or end when the related subscription ends. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the terms of the platform through which the purchase was made unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Third-party services
MAUQ works with services operated by others, including Discord, Patreon, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and Among Us services. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them. MAUQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Innersloth, Discord, or the operators of community Among Us servers unless expressly stated.
9. Availability and changes
MAUQ is provided as available. Features may be changed, interrupted, or removed, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent allowed by law, MAUQ is provided without warranties, whether express or implied. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by use of the service, inability to use it, community server actions, third-party services, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
